Midsection Bulging Damage Control for Middle-Aged Women by Denville NJ Personal Trainer Carey Yang

Losing belly fat and toning up abs muscles not a struggle anymore for middle-aged women. Denville NJ personal trainers Carey Yang shares top strategies to tone up midsection for middle-aged women.

Flat Abs
According to a study just published in Journal of the American Medical Association, middle-aged American women need to exercise in a moderate intensity an hour a day, every single day, just to avoid weight gain.
The study followed 34,079 women over 13 years. In that time, they gained an average of about 6 pounds each. Don’t let the word “average” fool you into thinking that a handful of really heavy women skewed the average. Some 87 percent of the women gained weight.
An hour a day, every single day?! Is this even a possible goal to set and reach?
“The answer is Yes,” says Carey Yang, owner and master trainer of Denville, NJ-based Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC. “But take one baby step at a time before you get frustrated, burnt out and quit.”
Yang shares his strategies with middle-aged women how to avoid weight gain. It goes beyond just an hour of moderate exercise a day.
1.Know where you are. You got to know your numbers – weigh, body mass index (BMI), body fat, and waist measurement. User-friendly calculators can be found www.cdc.gov/healthy weight/assessing. If you are not sure, find a fitness trainer in the gym and hire one to your home for consultation.
2.Exercise right and amp up intensity. The study refers to an hour of moderate exercise. It doesn’t mean you have to gym every day or run on treadmill or bike. Other activites such as walking,  hiking, golfing all help 300 to 400 calories. If you increase the activity level and intensity, you can even burn more calories by running, aerobics or swimming.
3.Watch your calories. The truth is that you can’t outtrain a bad diet. You can train all day, every day, but eat all night and more than you can burn off, you will gain weight.
4.Portion control. Most people are overweight for one simple reason: They eat too much. You have to learn what a serving size is. It varies depending on the type of food, form and measuring unit. You’ll find calorie counting isn’t that hard. It may be tough at first, but in time you’ll find that you don’t have to be stuffed to be satisfied.
Learn how to use your bodyweight to exercise more, lose more fat in less time.

Morris County NJ Personal Trainer Carey Yang Declares War against Epidemic Obesity

Fighting against rising epidemic obesity is a national warfare declared by Morris County NJ personal trainer, fitness expert and diet coach Care Yang.

Obese Pot Belly

National obesity rate keeps rising with no stop in sight. According to new report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 32 million more Americans will become obese by 2030, upping obesity rates to 42 percent of the U.S. population

The report also predicts that the proportion of Americans who are severely obese, meaning more than 100 pounds overweight, will reach 11 percent, about double the current rate. The damage is $550 billion of obesity-related health care costs that can be used to build national infrastructure, improve education, enhance job skills training, reduce unemployment rate, and stimulate economy.

"This is a sad story to read," says Carey Yang,  a certified personal trainer and fitness expert in New Jersey.

Yang is the owner and master personal trainer at Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC — a leading in-home personal training and weight-loss management company serving and helping clients in Morris County, Sussex County, Passaic County, Essex County and Somerset County areas in New Jersey.

About 34 percent of adults are currently obese, creating a whole host of expensive, chronic health problems, such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

"This is a war and we have to fight together as a nation," Yang says. "It has to start with youth. We know that about 50 percent of severe obesity in adults is consequence of obesity in childhood. Currently about 17 percent of children and adolescents are obese."

Yang says, we have so many government agencies, non-profit organizations, communities and schools involved to fight both adult and childhood obesity with a variety of programs. Even the First Lady Michelle Obama early this year launched a campaign to fight childhood obesity by improving childhood nutrition and physical activity.

“Nutrition and exercise start from home. Parents hold the key to educating their children,” Yang says. “Parents should be good role models for their children. If your children see you slouch in front of the tube and dig into a bag of chips along with a bottle of beer, it’s hard to resist the same lifestyle. Chunky Mom, plus chunky Dad, often equals chunky kids and pets.”

Yang advocates parents and family involvements in fighting against obesity. Health and fitness is truly a family matter. He offers a few solutions to promoting active lifestyle and making healthy choices.

1. Be a positive role model. Parents have to set a good example for themselves and for their children such as regular exercise, being active and eating a healthy balanced die.

2. Set family time to prepare meals and exercise together. Research shows that families eating and exercising together also stay closer.

3. Assign household chores. Children can learn the value of responsibility by sharing active household chores while increasing physical activity.

4. Limit sedentary activities. Watching TV and playing electronic games have taken so much time and opportunity out of moving around and exercising. Studies have shown that reducing TV time is associated with reductions in body weight and body fat.

It’s a day-to-day process and a series of repeated small steps that add up to awesome health habits. “Every time you choose the vegetables over the chips, a walk over a drive, and an active game over T.V., you’ve just made another donation to yourself and to your families lifetime health and fitness fund,” Yang says.

For thousands of middle-aged men and women frustrated to get rid of love handles and flabby back fat now can learn from Morris County NJ personal trainer and fitness expert Carey Yang with the most effective yet challenging bodyweight exercise.

Yang is the owner and master personal trainer at Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC -- a leading in-home personal training and weight-loss management company serving and helping clients in Morris County, Sussex County, Passaic County, Essex County and Somerset County areas in New Jersey.

"The middle section is the common touble area for both men and women. It takes a variety of exercises from different angles and directions to sculpt abdominals, obliques, particularly lower abdominal muscles," Yang says. "Don't forget. Your six pack abs grow from your kitchen. That means you have to be diligent in your nutrition and diet plan to support your fitness and exercise training program."

Here is an example of 2-in-1 bodyweight exercise that combine wide-grip pullup and leg lift all in one move. "Both exercises are challenging in their own meirt. Focus on quality, not quantity. Pay attention to muscle contraction. Do multiple sets of 3 to 5 repetitions if you have to." Yang says.

How to Get Rid of Love Handles and Back Fat

Love handles are the common trouble spots and the most stubborn area for both men and women. They are often referred to as abdominal fat, belly fat, muffin top, or beer gut.

Regional fat storage has a lot to do with diet, lifestyle and overall body fat level. Hormonal control of estrogen, insulin, and cortisol plays the most important roles. It will take at least a chapter if not a whole book to explain all these. Simply put, you have to find ways to reduce estrogen to normal level, become more insulin sensitive and reduce stress hormone cortisol.

With this in mind, the overall strategy in exercise and training to perform short, intense training sessions to counteract muscle-wasting and cortisol-generating effects. That means to avoid long duration cardio and extended weight lifting sessions.

While we can’t spot reduce fat storage, we can target-train certain muscle groups. Abdominal curls focuses on the front side your core, or the most coveted 6 packs abs. Lean and sculpted inner and exterior oblique muscles help you look ripped from the diagonal and side directions for a 3-D look. I would avoid doing too much side-bend exercise as many people do. It will thicken your lateral muscles and make you look “wider.”

There are some unique exercises you can do to target your abdominal and oblique muscles. If your fitness level is good, some of the most effective abs and oblique exercises are hanging leg raise and oblique twist, decline bench abs curl and twist, weighted cable crunches and oblique twist.

It usually works best doing 15 to 25 rep range and performing several different exercises back to back or in a circuit training fashion. If you’re starting out, try 6 to 12 repetitions for one exercise at a time. Make sure your form is correct and you should feel the muscle contraction or squeezing in each repetition instead of merely going through the movements.

You have to reduce overall body fat level by creating negative calories strategically to shrink your muffin top and get rid of love handles and belly fat. Managing the three key hormones is most critical by doing short yet intense strength training and cardio exercise to build the muscles and burn the fat.

There are many different training programs and routines depending on your level of fitness, conditioning and how much fat (or weight) you want to lose, your availability.

As a general guideline, one can achieve decent results by doing 3 strength training sessions a week for 45 minutes. Adding intense interval cardio training for 15 minutes at the end of each strength training sessions or 2 interval cardio sessions for 30 minutes on separate days would definitely accelerate fat loss.

Again, you have to evaluate how you feel, your progress and your time availability. Overtraining will create stress hormone cortisol causing more fat storage than fat burning. You’re more prone to fatigue and injuries.

Drinking Alcohol with Cheat Meals is a Dieting Disaster

The dieting world never stops turning.

Everytime I walk into a bookstore, there are always new dieting books greeting me. They promise the next generation breakthrough technology or tricks.

It seems that people are learning the Cheat meals or Cheat days to help them overcome craving after starvation mode of dieting. They use Cheat Days as their weekly excuse to indulge not only in their favorite foods, but also a considerable amount of alcohol.

That’s a really bad idea and I know it.

The whole purpose of the Cheat Day is to upregulate leptin levels, resetting metabolism and creating a hormonal environment that is conducive to fat burning.

However, alcohol consumption pretty much cancels out all the positive benefits. In fact, alcohol consumption has been shown to acutely reduce plasma leptin levels which is in direct opposition to everything you are trying to accomplish with a Cheat Day.

In the end, Cheat Days plus Alcohol equals to Fat GAIN. That’s a weekend disaster after being good in exercise and diet during the weekdays.

Does that mean that you can’t have a drink on your Cheat Day? No, but anything more than 2 drinks will begin to have a negative effect.

Basically, if you’re feeling the effects of the alchohol you consumed, you drank too much.

When you have goals to attain, it requires some level of sacrifice. In other words, you have to give up things of lower order (priority) to receive things of higher power (priority).

We’re constantly making decision all the time. In the morning, what do you choose to eat breakfast (or do you eat breakfast)?

How about lunch time? What do you eat? Where do you eat? Do you eat alone or with your friends or co-workers?

At the end of day, what do you have for dinner? After dinner, do you crash on the sofa, watch TV and munch snacks? Or do you go for a walk or some exercise?

If alcohol is more important than your fat loss goals, that is certainly a decision you’ll need to make.

Choose wisely.

By the way, do you know the 4 promoted “healthy” foods that actually make you fat? Find out what and why ==>

Top 9 Secrets to Releasing Your Stubborn Belly Fat

1) Go Spicy. Red peppers, the spicy ingredient in Mexican and Indian dishes contains Capsaicin which can increase the metabolic rate by effecting the Sympathetic Branch of the Nervous system. Spiking your chicken dishes with red peppers might be a small benefit or you can gulp 5 to 10 encapsulated grams of Capsaicin from your local health food store. (Journal of Nutrition 116:1272-1278, 1986.)

2) Don’t Be Cardio Crazy! Radically reducing calories slows the metabolism short circuiting fat loss. Same is true with radical caloric expenditure. You know: 2 cardio sessions a day. Excess cardio slows the metabolism, promotes a loss in muscle and even can lower testosterone levels. For real results, stick to 4-6 sessions a week, 30 – 45 minutes at a clip and maintain a high level of intensity.

3) Separate Cardio From Weight Training. What happens when you do cardio first and follow it up with weight training – you don’t build as much muscle density. How bout cardio after training? You risk overtraining and the negative hormonal milieu that can stifle the metabolic rate. The best scenario; hit the cardio in the morning – on an empty stomach – get in a few meals and return to the gym later in the day to build muscle density.

4) Serotonin Control. Serotonin is a brain chemical that helps controls hunger. Guess what? It can take a nose dive with dieting. ( R.J. Wurtman and J.J. Wurtman, “Brain serotonin, carbohydrate-craving, obesity, and depression.” Advances in Experimental Medicine and Biology 398 (1996): 35-41.) One way to prevent a drop; smaller, more frequent meals.

5) Garlic Chicken! Mother earth’s flavor enhancer stimulates adrenaline and uncoupling proteins (UCP). Adrenaline triggers fat breakdown and UCP, located in metabolically active “brown fat” increase calorie burning. Garlic also controls cortisol levels which can supports muscle retention while dieting. For best results use fresh raw garlic in your salads or on your other meals, but if you can't handle raw garlic then use fresh bulbs in you cooking or give supplements a try. (Oi Y, et al., Allyl-containing sulfides in garlic increase uncoupling protein content in brown adipose tissue, and noradenaline and adrenaline secretion in rats. J Nutr 129:336-342,1999.) (Wang HX, Et al., Natural products with hypoglycemic, hypotensive, hypocholesterolemic, antiatherosclerotic and antithrombotic activities. Life Sci 65:2663-2677,1999.)

6) Sip Green Tea. Green tea contains caffeine and polyphenols called epilgallocatechin gallate which have been shown to increase calorie burning. These special calorie burning compounds help burn an extra 100 or-so calories a day about that equal to a brisk walk. In maximizing fat loss, every calorie counts. (Dullo, A.G., et al., Efficiency of a green tea extract rich in catechin polyphenols and caffeine in increasing 24-h energy expenditure and fat oxidation in humans. Am J Clin Nutr, 1999. 70(6):p.1040-5.)

7) Fat? Yes Fat! To rip up, you have to eat fewer carbs, but on occasion – say once a week - you can add a little healthy fat, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, some red meat, walnuts or cashews. The reason? Dietary fat can make the body more effective in using and burning fat – as long as calories and carbs remain under control. (Thomas CD et al. Nutrient Balance and Energy Expenditure During the Ad Libitum Feeding of High Fat and High Carbohydrate Diets in Humans. Am J Clin Nutr 1992;55:934)

8) Thyroid Support. Irony of Ironies. When you eat less and try to dump body fat, a lot of times the metabolism adapts and burns quite a bit fewer calories. One way to get a round the slowdown is with phosphates. A combo of 537 mgs of calcium phosphate, 107 mgs of potassium phosphate and 25 mgs of sodium phosphate given to strict dieters yielded a 12-19% more elevated metabolism than dieters who did not use phosphates.

9) Write It Down. This one seems simple, but it’s one of the most overlooked tips in shedding fat. Dieters who record what they eat, meal by meal, day by day, not only make better choices, but cheat less and eat fewer total calories. Writing it down “keeps you honest” and is a tool for reminding you that getting lean is a day by day process.

Fight Your Belly Fat in a Super Circuit Training Style

I have been a fan of the superset for a long time when it comes to building a lean body, but some believe that circuit-type exercise is better. I’ve talked to other strength and condition specialists to get an idea about the reason why one might do a circuit instead of a mega set. One thing about circuits is that each trip through it involves every part of the body. This will maximize your heart rate and kick start your metabolic system so the fat starts to burn right away.

This is going to be superior to traditional cardio any day because it will work in less time and it will burn fat from every part of your body. The goal of involving the entire body in exercise is to make sure that your system develops as a unified whole, rather than just focusing on isolated muscles.

These are just a couple of the main reasons to do circuits. Another good reason is for entertainment. You see, exercise can get very boring, so to keep your mind engaged, you will want to have a constant variety of the movements you do so you keep yourself off guard.

Whenever we can make exercising fun, we need to do just that. We do what we like more often and more easily.

Circuit-based training results in very fast weight loss as long as the client participates in the training regularly. Once you get a woman off of cardio and onto circuit-based routines, you’ll never get them off: the results are addictive.

So if you want to accelerate weight loss, get hooked into the power of whole body workouts.

One way to stay energized with a circuit routine is by breaking them up into six-minute minicircuits. This keeps things moving at a good pace. Best of all these workouts can be done at home, so there’s no need to spend time on the road and you don’t have to be concerned about people watching.

Stop Your Body's Stress Hormone from Making You Fat

Mastering Cortisol: Stop Your Body's Stress Hormone from Making You Fat Around the Middle

Mastering Cortisol explains why the fat that collects around the middle of the body can't simply be blamed on eating too much or not exercising enough. The real cause is stress, which triggers an imbalance of the hormone cortisol that in turn tricks the body into creating unnecessary belly fat. It's all part of the fight-or-flight response dating back to the caveman that tells the body to store up fat in times of peril.

But the cycle can be stopped: Mastering Cortisol details specific ways to counter the cortisol with a tailor-made exercise plan that will slim the belly. Based on breakthrough genetic tests, the program also recommends specific vitamins and minerals and explains which foods will work best for the reader.

3 Simple Tools to Help You Lose Weight

Many people make their weight loss plan so complicated that they quit at the first sign of obstacle.

A well design weight loss plan without diligent follow-through execution is like no plan.

Here are 3 simple tools you use every day to help you lose weight:

1. Use Your Scale: Weight yourself every morning at the same time (after bathroom release, before breakfast). It will help you set your today right from the start. You can track your weight fluctuation.

2. Use Your Table: Tune off TV or other distractions. Mindful eating can help you eat less, enjoy the foods more and feel fuller.

3. Use Your Measuring Cup: Weight loss is about calorie/energy deficit. Portion control can be easily over-estimated. Use the measuring cup to make sure you're not eating more than planned.

Less Learned from Tim Russert - How to Avoid Sudden Heart Attack

On Friday, one of the most influential people in broadcast journalism, Tim Russert, passed away. He died of a heart attack at age 58.

I watched Larry King and he interviewed a few cardiovascular experts asking them about Tim Russert's heart attack. Tim had a stress test in late April. But the test didn't reveal that he had heart disease.

Larry King asked one of the doctors as to how else could Tim have known he was at risk for heart disease. And the doctor said, his waist circumference. The size of your waist is a very valid predictor of your risk of heart disease.

"The Size of Your Waist is a Very Valid Predictor of Your Risk of Heart Disease."

I have repeatedly talked about the danger of excess belly fat and its link cancer, heart disease and many other diseases.

Although getting your lean and sexy abs makes you look great on the beach, the reality is that a flat stomach can help save your life!

Here is a quick calculation you can do to see if you are at higher risk for heart disease. This came from one of the doctors on Larry King.

Take your height in inches. Measure your waist at the level of your belly button using a tape measure. If your waist size is more than half of your height, then you may be at risk for heart disease.

Try the calculation and see what you come up with. If your waist is too big, you probably know what you need to do.

Normal Weight = Healthy Weight ?

Even if your weight is normal (BMI<25.0), you're still susceptible to heart disease, diabetes and other metabolic disorders if your body fat is too high.

According to a recent study lead by Dr. Francisco Lopez-Jimenz, a cardiologist with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., more than half (61%) of Americans are suffering from the so-called "normal weight obesity". Their body weights are within normal range (BMI<25.o), but their body fats are higher than 20% for men and 30% for women.

High body fat can affect heart and metabolic health including high cholesterol, high levels of leptin that regulates appetite and high rates of metabolic syndrome.

Normal weight is NOT equal to healthy weight.

Body weight or BMI is not a reliable gauge of obesity or health at the individual level. A muscular person may have high BMI, yet has low body fat and very healthy. On the contrary, a normal-weight person may have high body fat and is not healthy.

"Excess body fat in the belly is a menace, whatever your weight." said Dr. David L. Katz, director of the Prevention Research Center at Yale University School of Medicine.

Lose Belly Fat to Reduce Risk of Dementia

In an earlier article, I have explained why excess belly fat is more deadly than you think. Strategies to reduce excess body fat and fight obesity were also elaborated.

Read more here >>

According to a new research study by the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research in Oakland, California, having a big belly in your 40s can increase your risk of Alzheimer's disease or other dementia many years later.

The excess abdominal fat that makes people look like apple-shaped has been shown to link to higher risk of diabetes, stroke and heart disease. Dementia is a new risk of disease added to the list.

The study involved 6583 men and women who were ages 40 to 45 when they had checkups between 1964 and 1973. The researchers checked medical records to see who had developed Alzheimer's or another form of dementia by an average of 36 years later, when the participants were ages 73 to 87. There were 1049 cases.

Here are their findings:
  • Participants with normal body weight and high belly measurement were 89% more likely to have dementia.
  • Overweight people were 82% more likely if they had a low belly measurement, but more than twice as likely if they had a high belly measurement.
  • Obese people were 81% more likely if they had a low belly measurement, but more than three times as likely if they had a high measurement.

It's not yet proven that excess abdominal fat promotes dementia. High insulin levels may help explain them, according to Dr. Jose Luchsinger of Columbia Unversity Medical Center.

The take-away message is that don't wait 'til everything is confirmed by the medical community to start taking actions.

Why Excess Belly Fat is More Deadly Than You Think

In my last post, I commented on a recent research study finding that most overweight and obese people have misconception about their actual weights.

These overweight or obese participants in the study underestimated their actual weights. They "thought" or "perceived" their weights were about right or average although in fact they're overweight or obese by BMI measurement.

Granted, BMI (Body Mass Index) is not the true best indicator of weight status and body composition. It's still the most straightforward measurement. Body fat measurement and distribution along with lean muscle mass would be the better method.

In my personal experience, most overweight or obese people acknowledge that they gain some weight and need to do something about it. They are self-conscious about their overweight bodies. But they are simply too comfortable with their weights, partly because over 65% U.S. population is overweight or obese. The U.S. obesity epidemic continutes to grow. When you see so many (two out of three) out-of-shape people everyday and everywhere, you're used to it - big! The used-to-be "overweight" now becomes "normal" or "average."

Perhaps you feel OK to be overweight since it's accepted in your circle of friends - all of them are like me or even bigger.

So what's the big deal that I just have "a little" belly fat?! I feel OK, better than my friends with "big" pot belly or beer gut. You can comfort youself by thinking that I still have my six pack abs underneath that thick layer of abdominal fat. They're just covered.

Well, "a little" can grow slightly bigger, and then bigger and bigger if you don't take care of yourself. Fat isn't accumulated in one day or a month. You don't just go out to binge for one night, and boom, you gain 10 pounds of weight (fat) overnight. All big starts from small over a period of time.

Out of excess body fat in different body areas, belly fat is the most dangerous and is more deadly than you think. There are many health risks associated with excess belly fat. For most men, the risk factors for heart disease and other diseases increase with a waist size over 40 inches (102 centimeters).

In the following article, Mike Geary, the founder of TruthAboutAbs.com, explained why excess belly fat is more deadly than you think and how you can minimize your health risks. Mike is the six-pack-abs guru, a certified nutrition specialist and personal trainer.

By Mike Geary, Truth About Abs:

Did you know that the vast majority of people in this day and age have excess abdominal fat?The first thing that most people think of is that their extra abdominal fat is simply ugly, is covering up their abs from being visible, and makes them self conscious about showing off their body.

However, what most people don't realize is that excess abdominal fat in particular, is not only ugly, but is also a dangerous risk factor to your health. Scientific research has clearly demonstrated that although it is unhealthy in general to have excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly dangerous to have excess abdominal fat.

There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles.

The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role in giving certain men that "beer belly" appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of hard if you push on it.

Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in the abdominal area are serious health risk factors, but science has shown that having excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. Both of them greatly increase the risk your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer, and other degenerative diseases.

Part of the reason visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a consistent basis.

If you care about the quality of your life and your loved ones, reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities! There's just no way around it. Besides, a side-effect of finally getting rid of all of that excessive ugly abdominal fat is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you lose enough stomach fat, you will be able to visibly see those sexy six pack abs that everyone wants.

So what gets rid of extra abdominal fat? Is there actually a REAL solution beyond all of the gimmicks and hype that you see in ads and on commercials for "miracle" fat loss products?

The first thing you must understand is that there is absolutely NO quick fix solution.

There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal fat faster. Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can't spot reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn't work that way.

The ONLY solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body. Both your food intake as well as your training program are important if you are to get this right.

I've actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise/diet group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

Now the important thing to realize is that just any old exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. The majority of people that attempt getting into a good exercise routine are NOT working out effectively enough to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat. I see this everyday at the gym. Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw in a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away with some crunches and side bends, and think that they are doing something useful for reducing their abdominal fat. Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of no results and wonder where they went wrong.

Well, the good news is that I've spent over a decade researching this topic, analyzing the science, and applying it "in the trenches" with myself as well as thousands of my clients from all over the world to see what works to really stimulate abdominal fat loss. The entire solution... all of the nutritional strategies, as well as training sequences, exercise combinations, and more have all been compiled in my Truth About Six Pack Abs Program.

Keep in mind that the point of this whole program is NOT abdominal exercises (that is only a very small portion of it). The main point of this program is showing you the absolute most effective strategies for losing your stubborn abdominal fat, so you can get rid of that dangerous health risk, as well as get a flatter more defined midsection. If you follow the guidelines, you WILL lose your belly fat that has been plaguing you for years. This is not guesswork... it is a proven system that works time and time again for all of my clients on every corner of the globe that actually apply the information I teach. If you apply it, the results will come. It's really that simple.

The only reason most people fail in their fitness goals is that they have good intentions at first to adopt a new lifestyle, yet after a few weeks or months, they abandon their good intentions and slip right back into their old bad habits that gave them the excess body fat in the first place. I want to help you succeed in finally getting rid of that extra abdominal fat that is not only UGLY, but also DANGEROUS. Don't waste another day allowing that nasty abdominal fat to kill your confidence as well as contribute to your risk for MAJOR diseases.
