- Barbell Biceps Drag Curl @ Bar+20/20# x 12 reps
- Barbell Shoulder Side Raise @ Bar+20/20# x 12 reps

Triset (3 sets) - High to Mid level
- Cable Reverse Flye x 12 reps
- Cable Unilateral Biceps Curl x 12 reps
- Cablle Cross-over Chest Flye x 12 reps
