Happy Mother's Day!
Today is Mother' Day. I wish all mothers, grandmothers, future mothers a terrific, happy Mother's Day.
I give my wife an overnight retreat as her Mother's day gift so that she can be away for an outdoor, nature retreat. She's very appreciated of the gift since we can have Mother's day brunch and dinner anytime we want.
While many people are taking the day off to be with their mothers, wives or sisters, it's a day for me to reflect upon what Mother's Day means and why I'm still working out on Mother' Day.
As a son of my mother, husband of my wife, father of my daughter, the best I can do is to better myself as a person - being healthy, fit and strong - so that I can spend quality time with them. Today is just a bit better than yesterday and the day before.
They know I can take care of them when they need me as I take good care of myself. In fact, this is the only thing I can control in my own power.
Do the following circuit training in 30 minutes.
Circuit Training Workout Routine:
Smith Machine Squat @ 135# x 10 reps
Cybex Machine Lat Pulldown @ 130# x 10 reps
Cybex Machine Chest Press @ 135# x 10 reps
Cybex Machine Low Row @ 125# x 10 reps
Cybex Machine Shoulder Press @ 90# x 10 reps
Rest for 2 minutes at the end of circuit. Repeat for a total of 3 to 5 sets (circuits).
Your mother, wife, daughter and sister would appreciate your hardwork in a big way with kisses and hugs.
