- Hanging Leg Curls (Half Chin-up Postions) x 10 reps

- Weighted Decline Crunches @ 25# x 15 reps

- Reverse Leg Lift x 15 reps

- Seated Low Row @ 110# x 20 reps

- Triceps Rope Press-down @ 5 x 15 reps
