It's the dreadful time of the year that people tend to abandon their health wagon. For many weight-conscious people, this is the most challenging time between Thanksgiving and New Year.

When you follow a very strict diet, you're more vulnetable to temptation and give in in the end. You'd indulge and gain weight - not the ideal scenario.
