Perform the following 5 exercises as a circuit workout.
1. 2-KB Squat
2. 2-KB Push and Press
3. 2-KB Alternating Bent-Over Row4
4. 2-KB Biceps Curl and Triceps Kickback
5. 1-KB Alternating Swing
Pick kettlebells that are challenging enough for you to do 8 to 20 reps or for one minute for each exercise. Do 3 to 5 sets.
