Being a personal fitness trainer and martial artist, I'm blessed by combining my passions and work into a lifestyle.

It's not easy to capture the right action shots for martial arts movements. When you do your hand form, weapon form, punching, kicking, jumping, sparring, fighting or in the tournament, The "Kodak" moment is hard to come by if you let the amateur do the job.
