Post Christmas Redemption Workout for Burning Off Extra Belly Fat

It’s the day after Christmas, time for redemption workout for holiday feast.



Dumbbell Incline Chest Press

60/60# x 10 x 4 sets



Superset (3 sets)

- Lat Pulledown @ 8 x 15 reps

- Triceps Extension (pressdown) @ 5 x 15 reps



Superset (3 sets)

- Bent-over Rows @ 45/45# x 10 reps

- Barbell Biceps Curls @ 65# x 6 reps



Treadmill Cardio Interval Running

- Recovery @ 3.5 mph fast walk for 1 minute

- Active @ 6.0 mph run for 2 minutes

- Repeat for 6 cycles
