- 1-DB Biceps Curls @ 30# x 5 + 5 + 5 +5 reps x 3 sets, @ 25# x 5+5+5+5 reps
Superset (3 sets)
- Dips + 45# DB x 10 x 8 x 8 reps
- 1-DB Rear Delt Flye @ 30# x 10 + 10 reps
