I found a book that I just started called The Perfect Formula Diet by Janice Stanger.
When you lose weight on the Perfect Formula Diet, your weight loss is permanent – you will not yo-yo or rebound to your prior weight as long as you follow this eating plan . This was the reason why I bought this book. I tend to always yoyo/rebound and gain it all back after I've done so well...I needed to find something I won't get sick of and will stay on potentially forever. That is the key. To stick with it. And just not go overboard.
